We ship our products worldwide. The estimated shipping time is around 12-35 business days, depending on your location. We will try our best to ship out ordered item(s) as soon as possible.
On certain occasions, order(s) may reach a customer earlier than the stated delivery time. Sometimes, it may also reach a customer later than the stated delivery time. This is due to factors such as processing by the logistics company, the customs process, the location you are in, etc.
As our warehouses are located overseas, your order(s) may come together as a parcel or at times, it can come as a separate parcel.
The tracking details are not updated. What do I do?
Not to worry. The logistics company may not update the details from time to time due to the high volume of processing. Give it some time and your item will arrive at your doorstep safely.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
MyTeenyWeeny.Com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package, or an attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, MyTeenyWeeny.Com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
